Hugging this character?: Yes, though Daisy will be shocked (with exception of friends. That, and Valvalis has gotten her used to sudden hugs). In instances where she really does not trust the hugger in question, she will bolt back into a combat stance.
Giving this character a kiss?: Yes, but Daisy would accept the kiss of someone she would feel close with, so this counts double to what hugging would be. Other people would have her bolt back in a defensive stance. Daisy has a small sex drive, so these things don't cross her mind often.
(Something more intimate?): Probably yes, though I'd like to know beforehand. Getting her into making out is hard because of her rules about personal space, but not impossible. Like hugging and kissing, it's more likely to happen if you get close to her.
As for sex, I'd prefer to agree to it beforehand. Again, Daisy has a small sex drive, so it hasn't even entered her mind at the moment, and in her conscious mind, she'd only be willing to do it with someone she would love a lot. That, and she is too much woman for anybody to handle.
(Relationships?): Would prefer to plot it beforehand. Having never really been in one, the idea is strange to Daisy. Right now, she's opening up to dating, but entering into a relationship is something she'll want to think about. The biggest bumps would be her no-fraternization laws, and Daisy's fear of letting her partner know that as soon as she returns, she will die.
Punching this character (provided they can fight back): Sure! ... Daisy will fight back.
(Injury?): Yes, but nothing permanent. If it's something severe, that would put her in bed, with a messed-up armor, or with lasting bandages, I'd rather plot it out.

On Fourth-Walling - I'm afraid things will be very limited for people to work with in this matter, it could as well be forbidden...
The things I would rather not have Daisy find out, unless she gets someone from her world or through an event, is everything that takes place after her death, ESPECIALLY concerning the Fall of Reach, the SPARTAN-III Project, Spartan deaths, the Forerunner, the Flood, the Great Schism, the Battle of Earth... Practically everything after the end of Homecoming, and especially everything from all six of the Halo games.
Another thing would be her origins. The Fall of Reach is a good book, loved even by people that haven't played the games, but while it may be obscure among the residents of Luceti, it's still full of very classified information. On her origins, and on the death of Samuel-034.
However, telling her that they know about the Spartans' general badassery, John-117's fame, the war with the Covenant, and just their adventures against the alien menace, is acceptable. Also about her world being a huge IP.

Spartans are incredibly strong and fast. In canon, they have killed people by accident in training, and when they received their augmentations, their trainers and opposite teams used massive mechanized suits to protect themselves from the Spartans, and they still got to bend them and kick them around as if they were wearing nothing. And that's before the Spartans were given the MJOLNIR suits of armor! So... just a warning, if Daisy hits, it will hurt a bit, to say the least.
